Starfruit - Carambola

Persimmon (Diospyros kaki) is a plant species in the genus Diospyros, originally from China. It is a fast-growing, deciduous tree that produces medium to large, round or oblong fruits with smooth orange skin that deepens in color when ripe. The fruit varies in texture from firm to soft, with a honey-like sweetness and juicy, orange-colored flesh. Weighing 100–300 g, it is rich in vitamins A and C, fiber, and antioxidants.
