Lychee - Brewster

Lychee (Litchi chinensis) is a plant species in the genus Litchi, originally from China. It is a fast-growing, evergreen tree that produces small, round fruits with rough, red skin that turns darker when ripe. The fruit is significantly smaller than other tropical fruits, with a translucent, juicy, white-colored flesh that has a sweet, floral flavor. Weighing 15–50 g, it is rich in vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants.
