Guava - Red

Guava (Psidium guajava) is a plant species in the genus Psidium, originally from Central and South America. It is a fast-growing, tropical tree that produces small to medium, round or oval fruits with smooth or slightly bumpy green skin that turns yellow when ripe. The fruit is significantly more aromatic than common tropical fruits, with a juicy, pink or white-colored flesh and a sweet, mildly tangy flavor. Weighing 100–500 g, it is rich in vitamins A and C, fiber, and antioxidants.
