Dragon Fruit - Pitaya

Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus undatus) is a plant species in the genus Hylocereus, originally from Central America. It is a fast-growing, climbing cactus that produces large, oval fruits with bright pink or yellow skin and white or red speckled flesh. The fruit is significantly larger than other cactus fruits, with a mildly sweet, juicy, white or red-colored flesh and a crunchy texture. Weighing 200–600 g, it is rich in vitamins C and B, fiber, and antioxidants.
